Words can’t describe the feeling I get when I see someone cook for the first time or when I get to cook for my guests. My passion for cooking is soul deep and I want to share that with everyone that eats my food. It’s easy to throw something together but it takes passion, finesse and knowledge to make something great. By no means do I think I’m great, but I’m willing to work at everyday so that maybe one day I’ll be a good cook. I keep going because of a passion, an emotional connection to my craft.
